There is a BIG societal paradigm that is holding women back from being better leaders. It keeps many of them pushing when they have nothing left in the tank, serving , pleasing, and making sure everyone else is comfortable.
It keeps them from leading with ease and grace.
All the leadership advice out there will tell you to break this rule. But this rule is very hard to break. It's so ingrained in our psyches and reinforced by society's subliminal (and not so subliminal) messaging.
This rule is that women come last.
