It’s our first episode of the Leading With Grace podcast and I am so excited to share what this podcast is all about and my vision for you, my listener.
I’ll share what “grace” means to me and my vision for women leaders. I also share a bit about my story and how I landed here, launching this podcast about the paradigms that keep women hustling and striving in the workplace.
This episode offers the first glimpse into my leadership philosophy and my own personal journey, and sets the tone for future episodes of Leading With Grace. I hope you enjoy it!
